Refund Policy
• Condition: Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging.
• IMPORTANT: We do not send out propellers for "testing" or trial use. Once a propeller has been installed, it is strictly non-returnable. If you have any questions or reservations regarding expected performance, please contact us prior to installation.
• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order to us.
• Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a potential restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the item purchased.

Exchanges
Need to make an exchange? After requesting your return, simply place a new order online for the replacement item you need. Standard shipping rates or free shipping offers (if applicable) will apply to your new order.
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT tape or write anything directly on the manufacturer’s original product packaging. All merchandise and original product packaging must be returned in brand-new condition. Please place the item and its product box inside a separate shipping carton (you may reuse the original outer shipping box).
