Return & Exchange Conditions: All returns and exchanges must be authorized by VIF Propeller before the item is shipped back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must meet the applicable return conditions. For product quality issues, please provide photos and/or videos so our customer service team can evaluate the issue.
When returning or exchanging an item, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return or exchange has been completed.
Important: Propeller Installation & Testing: Propellers that have been installed, used, or tested are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please carefully confirm the propeller's brand compatibility, engine horsepower, diameter, pitch, spline/tooth configuration, and other specifications before installation.
If you are unsure whether a propeller is compatible with your outboard motor, please contact us before installation.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Items damaged, used, installed, or lost due to the customer's actions
Propellers that have been installed or tested
Items returned without prior authorization
General Return Process: 1. Initiate a Return: Please email us at info@vifpropeller.com and provide your order number, photos and/or videos of the item and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
Our customer service team will review your request and determine eligibility within 3 business days.
2. Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Please do not ship the item back before receiving return authorization from us.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
3. Inspection & Refund / Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
After the inspection: For an approved exchange, we will arrange a replacement. For an approved refund, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error, such as incorrect product shipped, product quality problems or other confirmed product-related issues, we will provide a full refund, including the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer, such as no longer wanting the item, ordering the wrong product or ordering the wrong size/specification, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
No restocking fee will be charged to customers for an approved return.
Refunds: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
